An orientation programme for the animators of the communities was organized on 11-13 December 2016. There were 17 participants. Fr. Dominic Gomes, the vicar General of the Archdiocese of Kolkata animated the group and spoke enormously on the need of being persons of humility in order to become Christ filled persons. Sr. Molly James, the Provincial Superior enlightened them on the importance of leading from the front. She helped the participants to analyze the quality of community life they live and guided them to plan out the steps to make the communities into homes where everyone feels loved and accepted. Sr. Baiju George, the Provincial Economer gave information and suggestions for good administration in the local levels. On the second day of the animation, the participants were led for a pilgrimage to the tomb of St. Therese of Kolkata. It was a time for prayer, reflection and assimilation.
