Youth Care – WAC (Women Apostles for Catechesis)
Women Apostles for Catechesis (WAC) is a voluntary lay movement of the Missionary Sisters of Mary Help of Christians (MSMHC). Its purpose is to collaborate closely with the MSMHC in Mission ad Gentes which is the primary charism of the Congregation. WAC carries out various activities like family visits, praying for the sick, animating prayer services, organizing para-liturgical services, assisting the catechists in villages, assisting sisters touring in villages and priests during their pastoral activities. Therefore, WAC encourages catholic women who are God-fearing, fervent and faithful to become the members of the movement.
Motto: To proclaim the Good News, teach and strengthen the Christian faith.
Vision: The WAC envisions to collaborate with the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of Mary Help of Christians in its endeavour to carry out the mission of the Church.
Mission: To respond to the mandate of Jesus “Go, Proclaim and make disciples of nations”, the members of WAC share and collaborate in the spirit and primary charism of the MSMHC in the footsteps of the founder, Venerable Bp. Stephen Ferrando.
Aim: To organize the women group for Christian faith formation and proclamation of the Gospel.
Youth Care – YAC (Young Apostles of Christ)
The YAC movement is dedicated to catechizing young people, offering them a meaningful opportunity to become lay collaborators in the mission of evangelization. It seeks to empower them to live as true apostles of Christ, inspired by faith and service. Embracing the charism of the Missionary Sisters of Mary Help of Christians, these young members become active partners in advancing the mission of the Church. The movement is named “Young Apostles of Christ” deriving its origin from the motto of our founder Venerable Bp. Stephen Ferrando SDB, “Apostle of Christ” which continues to guide and ignite the spirit of the movement.

Vision: To proclaim the Good News of salvation and to establish God’s kingdom everywhere.
Mission: To form young apostles who will share the charism of MSMHC.
Aim: To form lay collaborators in evangelization and catechetical work as young missionaries and share in our missionary charism for the growth of the Church.
