The four days long Mission exposure programme at Oodlabari was an eye opener for many of our Catholics. The programme was conducted from 19 - 21 October, 2017 for the 14 villages at Oodlabari Parish in collaboration with Rev. Fr. Alex Topno sdb, the Parish Priest. He prepared the schedule a month ahead and well positioned the people for the gathering. Sr. Rita Kullu the Councillor for Evangelization and Sr. Kiran Dahanga in charge of the apostolate at Oodlabari, made the necessary arrangements for the accommodation of Sisters and candidates. Sr.Molly James the Provincial Superior along with other 27 Sisters reached Oodlabari on 19 morning, with prayer and the introductory ceremony dispersed for the villages. Each group was warmly welcomed by the people of the village.
The topics discussed during the programme were faith, Sacraments, Holy Eucharist and alcoholism. Few important classes were facilitated with audio visuals. Every village had the opportunity for the sacrament of reconciliation and the Holy Eucharist. Sr.Molly James, the Provincial Superior visited all the villages and spoke to them the importance of deepening their faith and thus bringing about a transformation in their lives specially the youth.
